A lovely adaptation of Earl and Lady Grey. Light and slightly citrous, I find it best in the morning and has replaced my usual Earl Grey. If making
tea for more than 4 people, I would put two spoons extra 'for the pot' instead of one.

Light, refreshing, fabulous. No nasty bitter after taste that you get with some Earl Grey teas. Goes perfectly with the hint-of-lemon Treacle Tart
served at Metro Deco, too! Quite possibly the best Earl Grey I've ever tasted.
